Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)


Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the fastest growing sport in Mixed Martial Arts. This highly effective form of Self Defense focuses on the techniques of grappling and ground fighting. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Grappling trains our students to quickly defend themselves in either an upright stance or while on the ground. Through the art of structured throws, joint locks, and submission hold, students will be able to successfully defend themselves using Power of Leverage techniques. Our programs will nurture your health while maintaining a positive body image, restore your strength and confidence while defending yourself against an even possibly larger assailant, all while providing a safe and structured atmosphere for individual goals and growth.

Little champs


Little Champs is our preschool class for 4.5-5-year-olds. Here they are taught basic drills, submissions, and takedowns in a safe and nurturing environment. Each week your child will build their confidence learning life skills such as focus, teamwork, respect, and discipline. They’ll gain valuable awareness of their body through coordination, control, and fitness. You will feel confident knowing they can safely act when they practice what to do when faced with a bully or stranger.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

BJJ is perfect for mobilizing children and tackling childhood obesity and we specifically teach anti-bullying in all of our kids’ programs. Our kids’ programs encourage responsibility and discipline.
